If your item is eligible for a return, we’ll provide you with the return instructions by email. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — returns are handled through our processing partners and must go to the correct warehouse.
To start a return, email us at support@bambinbuzzy.com within 14 days of delivery with your:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) if applicable
Once your return is approved, we’ll give you the proper return address and steps.
